We hope that this will be your one stop web site for all things Checker and Taxi related. The Checker Taxi Stand has been the most popular Checker site for the last eleven years, with over 2 million visits every year. Now that the club has partnered with the Checker Taxi Stand, we hope that this will continue to increase.

The site is designed to provide the information to owners (to keep their Checkers on the road), fans, the press (for news stories, etc.) and the entertainment industry (such as providing historical and movie car rental information). Club members will have full access to post advertising, participate in the various forums, view all photo galleries, access repair and restoration tips and download manuals and other Checker-related materials, among other benefits. Non members will have limited capabilities, so if you want to see the good stuff you have to join the club!

Over the course of the next few months this site will continue to grow. Soon we hope to have the entire club archive available for club members. All past Newsletters will be posted. The photo gallery will continue to grow. We also plan to provide content for non-Checker taxis. This site aims to be be the biggest repository for vintage taxi fans.

Annual membership is only twenty five dollars a year (thirty for international members) and can even be processed via Credit Card and Paypal directly on this site. Come in and visit or join the club and take advantage of the benefits of membership!
