The ad says that it was made at the factory with the RR type grille. Does anyone know if this is true.
I am just not sure that I believe it.

Didn't Richard (Dick) Thomas build one or two like that when he was trying to persuade the factory to go upscale or later when he wanted to start his own line customized off the A-12? I don't know the whole story ... but I think I remember hearing about him doing something while he was still at the factory.
