Recently a fleet of NYC themed Checkers were used by Saturn GC to promote their show in Leipzig, Germany.

Here's what Thomas of Hollwood Cars had to say about it:

Quote:
The event I needed the 6 Checkers for was the games convention in Leipzig. The biggest computer games convention in Europe. 300,000 visitors in 4 days. Our job was a shuttle service for a company named SATURN (similar to Circuit City in the US )The biggest electronic Store in Germany. We started at their store inside the Leipzig train station to the convention center. We always drove in a convoy of 6 Checkers.

You can see photos in the Photo Gallery under Regional Shows

Thanks to both Armin Haag and Thomas of Hollywood Cars for the photos and thanks to Joe Polalrd for sending the photos on to be posted.

Some of the cars were listed on the German Ebay. Don't know if they have been sold. Prices started from 20.000 USD. Rolling Eyes
